2007 AEIS-Four Simultaneous Breakouts

We’ve had our morning break, and now we’ve broken into four separate sessions from which attendees can choose.

The first one is called “Sexual Orientation Discrimination and the Changing Laws–Are You Prepared?”  Cutting edge stuff.  This is being presented by Linda Walton with Perkins Coie in its Seattle office and Nancy Williams also with Perkins Coie in its Seattle office.  At AEIS in Nashville, this topic was discussed by Susan Fentin and Marylou Fabbo, both with Skoler, Abbott & Presser in Springfield, Mass.

The second one is called “Family Caregiver Bias: An Emerging Problem for HR.”  Ditto–it’s cutting edge.  This is being presented by Kara Shea with Miller & Martin in its Nashville office and Jennifer Anderson with Jones Walker in its Baton Rouge office.  At AEIS in Nashville, this was presented by Kara and Barbara Goodwin with Murray, Plumb & Murray in Portland, Maine.

The third one is called “Structuring Executie Employment Contracts: The Art of the Deal.” Think Citigroup, Merrill Lynch.  This is being presented by Peter Panken with Epste
