Training and human resources go hand in hand. Sometimes, there’s good training and sometimes not. When it goes badly, it can be the trainer’s fault. It can be the fault of the supervisor of the group being trained. It can be a combination of both. The British version of The Office has a training scene worth watching. It’s training about how to be a good hotel manager vs. a bad one. The British accents make it somewhat difficult to catch everything the first time through. It’s funny enough that you’ll want to watch it two or three times anyway. Enjoy.
