A Washington Post article gives you a glimpse of a day in the life of a person holding a relatively new position for most companies. Diversity officers have been around a while in some large companies, but even in some of the big ones, this job is just now being created. As our demographics continue to change rapidly, it’s likely that more and more employers will have a position like this.
