Other Blogs
This week, I ran across a blog called Productivity Planner, which covers, among other things, diversity and multicultural issues.
Another blog I ran across is called Antitrust Review. Although labor and employment and antitrust don’t often intersect, antitrust is a topic for many workplaces.
Brett Trout’s intellectual property blog linked to my post on bullying in the workplace. I’ve often suspected that there are patent, trademark and copyright bullies out there.
Fear And Loathing–The Gonzo Papers has also linked to my blog. Perhaps the blog’s name doesn’t say it all, but it says a lot.
And this reminds me to mention the Infamy or Praise blog.
Jon Hyman has an interesting post on his blog about electronic monitoring in the workplace.
Michael Moore has a post on a somewhat related topic: adopting a policy on an employee’s use of a cell phone to talk, text and email while driving.
Dan Schwartz blogs about the EEOC’s guidance to employers on veterans with service-connected disabilities.
Above the Law has a post on a subject I blogged about yesterday: waterboarding at work.
Overlawyered has a post on discrimination against flight attendants who are too pretty to fly.
The ABA Journal Weekly Newsletter has an article on canning your clients, which reminds me of a post on What About Clients? wondering what it would be like to only represent clients you like. If you’re a client and you get fired by your law firm, call me.
From Cultural Offering, there is no music for Saturday this week, so I’m going with the blog’s music for Wednesday, Mozart’s Requiem, which Cultural Offering posted in memory of Bill Buckley, who could be a good candidate to provide our quote of the week this coming Wednesday.
