Older Female Passed Over for Younger Male

When it comes to gender discrimination claims, one that is often made is that the employer chose a younger male over a more experienced, older female.  That’s one of the reasons women can’t break through the glass ceiling, it is argued.   And that’s exactly what some women are saying now about the presidential campaign on the Democratic side.  Those who feel that way aren’t blaming men as much as they’re blaming women.  Check out this interesting read in the Los Angeles Times.
