Fun at Work

Does your company have a soccer tournament?  Can you ride a scooter in the halls?  What about roller-hockey games in the parking lot?  Scrabble tournaments at work?

According to a recent article in the New York Times, these are ways employers are trying to put fun back in the workplace, because it’s believed that employees who have fun at work are more loyal and better performers.  As the article points out, however, there are at least two sides to the subject of fun at work.  It’s worth the read.
