April 10–not a problem:  A phrase denying the existence of an unfortunate situation that no one was aware of until the phrase was uttered, often used by people operating in a service capacity, which immediately leads to the question “Whoever said anything about a ‘problem‘?”; how about “Yeah, we can do that” or “Sure thing,” which are so much more encouraging and feel-good; all that other negativity messes with the chi; Oprah would not approve.
