Fun at work seems to happen less and less these days. Yet it’s something needed more and more. Michelle Singletary of the Washington Post has a Color of Money Book Club. This month’s book is The Levity Effect by Adrian Gostick and Scott Christopher.
According to the book, humor or fun at work can boost the bottom line while retaining employees and keeping them happy. Read Ms. Singletary’s article. Then you may want to read the book, since it has 142 tips on how to have fun at work. That could get you though a tough year.
