The Memory of an Elephant

Employees have long memories.  This is especially true for union employees, as a Washington Post article reports yet another employer is learning.
Employees are on strike.  Employer wants concessions to survive.  Employees don’t buy the employer’s plea, because of promises made it the past.  It’s a timeworn story that almost never has a happy ending.

Writers Stike Ends

After three months, the Writers Strike appears to be over.  The board of the Writers Guild has approved a new contract, and members are expected to follow suit.  For more on this development, click here, here, and here.
